🌿 About Rugged Aura

From the field to the canvas — where movement becomes art.

I’m a former professional rugby player turned mixed-media artist and creative wellness coach. My life has always been about rhythm, grit, and connection; first through sport, now through art.

On the field, I learned how to push through limits, lead with presence, and find balance between strength and grace. In the studio, those lessons became colors, textures, and layers. A visual expressions of resilience, emotion, and identity.

The Work

My art lives in the space between movement and stillness.
Each piece is built from instinct brushstrokes, collage, and texture that echo the raw honesty of the body in motion. The result is work that feels alive: grounded in earth tones, charged with energy, and unapologetically human.

I believe art should be accessible something people can live with, not just look at. That’s why I create small, original works and prints that bring creative energy into everyday spaces. Whether it’s a home, a locker room, or a community studio, my goal is to make art a conversation starter, a reminder of what it means to feel, move, and connect.

Creative Wellness for Athletes

Through Rugged Aura Creative Wellness, I guide athletes and teams through art-based workshops that blend creativity and emotional awareness.
These sessions help players explore identity, express what words can’t, and build tools for self-regulation and reflection.

Art became my way to translate the mindset of sport — discipline, rhythm, and courage — into something more reflective and healing. Now, I help others do the same.

The Mission

Rugged Aura is about honoring the creative core in all of us — the part that moves, feels, and adapts.
Whether through a painting on your wall or a team art session, my mission is simple:
to make creativity a form of strength.

Wholesale & Collaborations

I also partner with boutiques, galleries, and wellness studios through small-batch wholesale collections designed to make original art more accessible in community spaces.
